Objective:

1-     Research in different aspects of clinical psychiatry & psychology and development new methods of diagnosis for Psychiatry.

Current Research Practice:

·        Personality traits and driving behavior in Shiraz.

·        Paramedical students attitude about field of study and effect of it on their self concept in Fatemeh (CP.B.U.H) Nursing and midwifery collage 1384-1385(Shiraz).

·        Effect of parent management training on parental discipline and family functioning in subjects with ADHD, Randomized clinical trial.

·        The relationship between marital satisfaction and stress in Bam and Jeroft in Iran.

·        Epidemiological study in Shiraz university inpatient psychiatric wards (Hafez and Ebnesina)

·        Evaluation of empathy in the medical students (Shiraz-2005)

·        Effect of supportive group therapy on quality of life of nonmetastatic breast cancer patients. (Shiraz 2006)

·        Assessment of depressive mood after coronary artery bypass graft in the patients referred to heart clinic (Shiraz,1385).

·        Assessment of traumatic stress response & post traumatic stress disorder and contributing factor after delivery (shiraz/1384).

·        Post-Traumatic stress disorders in myocardial infarction patients.

·        Evaluation of Neuropsycological function of heavy vehecle drivers: A retrospective study in accordance to past driving history(Shiraz 2004).
